Good relationships support mental well-being
When tensions, misunderstandings, or recurring patterns arise in life, it can be difficult to find clarity on your own.
Therapy offers a space to pause, make sense of what is happening, and begin to see new ways for moving forward.

How I work
Sometimes we need someone who can help us see what remains hidden from our own view.
Sometimes a new perspective is enough to improve the quality of life and relationships.
I work with families, couples and individuals to help them understand and, when needed, change the inner patterns that shape their relationships, choices and emotional wellbeing.
Family therapy and couples therapy
Family can be our greatest source of support, but also a source of deep tension and pain. When close relationships become difficult, this can strongly affect overall wellbeing. Family therapy supports the growth of awareness between family members, helping them express feelings safely, understand different perspectives, notice both their own and each other’s needs, and explore how their behaviour affects others.
When relationships are strained, conflicts keep repeating, or life has brought a change that is hard to adapt to, therapy can help people understand one another more deeply and move forward. Read more
Individual therapy
Individual therapy can help us understand and, when needed, change the ways we relate to ourselves, others and life more broadly.
If you feel stuck, caught in recurring problems, or struggle with your own emotions or the emotions of others, therapy offers a space for deeper self-understanding. Read more
Schema therapy
Schema therapy focuses on beliefs that are formed early in life and continue to shape our relationships in adulthood.
If you have noticed recurring patterns in your relationships and within yourself, schema therapy can help you understand how these patterns developed and how they may be changed or softened. Read more
Trainings and workshops
I enjoy turning themes that genuinely inspire and intrigue me into lectures, workshops and training sessions. These can be commissioned by organisations, teams and private groups alike. Read more

Do not leave emotional wellbeing to chance
Joy and other positive emotions in the service of self-care.
Is a sense of wellbeing simply a matter of luck – something we can feel only when nothing is wrong? Or is it somehow linked to personality, reserved for naturally cheerful people? I believe, and research supports this, that mental wellbeing is more like a skill. A skill that asks us to rethink certain beliefs and habits. And skills can be learned. What kinds of self-care skills help us support ourselves in ways that bring more lightness, joy and resilience into life?
This training combines reflection and experience. We explore how positive emotions arise, why they genuinely matter for mental health, and how they can be cultivated more consciously.
The programme can be combined in three parts: a lecture, a taiko drumming workshop, and a performance. Movement, energy and rhythm strengthen both personal wellbeing and a sense of connection.
Books
Books on relationships and inner life
I have written books about relationships and self-understanding in the hope that they help make complex themes more accessible and support change even without a deep knowledge of theory.

The Art of Being a Woman
A book about self-understanding, relationships, and the many layers of feminine identity through a four-archetype model.
